1. ABKL Designs by Jan © 2002. All rights reserved. The contents of this site may not be sold, published or duplicated in either written or electronic form.

2. The original clip art, photo clips, backgrounds, images, and photographs that appear in the ABKL Designs by Jan site collections are linkware. The clip art, photos, etc., are NOT public domain. If you use any image from these collections you must link back (on the same page the image or images are used) to this site using the address: http://members.fortunecity.com/abkldesign/index.html

3. You may not change, recolor, resize, animate, or change the images in any manner without written permission from ABKL Designs by Jan. The exception to this rule is to add your own customized text to blank navigation buttons.

4. You may not place any image from ABKL Designs by Jan in any collection of images to be downloaded or sold.

5. You may not use any image from ABKL Designs by Jan to create another image or background, use as tubes, in email programs, newsletters, presets, wallpaper, greeting cards, craft projects, to create Web sites for others, or in any other manner without permission from ABKL Designs by Jan.

6. The images, clip art, photos, etc. in the ABKL Designs by Jan may be used ONLY to create or enhance your own personal Web site.

7. The images, clip art, and photos, etc., offered as linkware by ABKL Designs by Jan may not be used on any site or on any page promoting child abuse, racism, animal abuse, bigotry, hate, pornography, or any illegal abuse or activities.

8. If you are a commercial site (any site that advertises or sell in order to make money or gain of any kind, or to use the images in any way outside of my terms of usage, such as a newsletter, print, etc., please email me with the following information. The name of each specific clip art or image and the page address the clip art or image is located on. Include your name, business name, email, telephone number and fax (if any). I will also need a complete account of where and how the clip art or images will be used (newsletters, publications, projects or Web sites, etc.). I will then review your request and let you know if you may use the images and the specific terms attached to this usage, such as a small usage fee or required credit, etc.

8. Failure to abide by these terms of usage can and may result in the loss of your internet access and/or the loss of your website entirely. Civil action could also be brought against you for copyright infringement as well.

9. Do not link directly to the images. Download the clip art, photo, photo object, etc. to your computer, then upload your Web page and the clip art to your own server.
